All sales are final once files are downloaded
Because downloads cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable once the files have been accessed. If you are unsure which licence fits your project, ask first.
When a refund will be issued
- Duplicate purchase — you were charged twice for the same beat and licence.
- Files never delivered — payment cleared but no download link ever arrived and it cannot be resolved.
- Corrupt or wrong files — the files do not match the licence you bought and cannot be replaced.
Problems with your download
Reach out before requesting a refund. Most issues are a broken link or an email that landed in spam, and both are fixed in minutes. Include your order number and the email address you used.
